Best place ever. Staff took me and treated me like family. Everyone was kind, professional, caring and made sure my needs were met. Thank you to Charlie and staff. P.S. new owners just took over and renovations started immediately
The lady was so helpful for I was stranded in this city and no where to sleep in the freezing cold . She made sure to get me some coffee and breakfast before I left and I told her she needs a raise I will be sending this wonderful woman a tip for all the help she provided me
I stayed at the FairBridge for one night on a last minute business trip, and the rest of town was sold out. Charlie is an amazing Manager. I mis-read the office hours and arrived after the office was closed. Charlie hurried over to help me get checked-in. She upgraded me and ensured I got situated. Charlie was back at it early in the morning, serving breakfast and wishing everyone well as they got their day started. Location is excellent, convenient to both the Airport and downtown, adjacent to a large medical park. Renovations are in full swing, and the upgrades give the property an excellent, modern feel. Property was clean. I can't wait to see the progress continue on this hotel. Thank you Charlie!
I was unfortunately not able to make it to my reservation in Billings a few weeks ago, due to bad weather on my trip. I called ahead to ask if I could check in early, and a sweet woman named Charlie spoke with me. She was helpful, and very lively. I wish I could have stayed there to personally thank her, if we were not late to depart from Toronto, but she needs a promotion! She has amazing customer service! If I am in the area again, I will definitely stay there
Came here for pet friendly rooms, surprised by awesome hospitality! I made a mistake with booking and they waived a fee. Recent renovations, not far from downtown. It made a welcome stay for my dog and me while I was experiencing car trouble on a road trip!
The Fairbridge inn has some amazing staff and customer service.!! They really made me feel welcomed ,relaxed and at home. There rooms were so clean and stocked with brand new everything compared to my stay there months ago when it was still the Rodeway Inn! Wow, this place has changed for the better for sure. Staff is there to assist you around the clock. I will be making sure that every time i stay in Billings that i choose The FairBridge Inn Express!

Having passed 90,000 miles and traveled through 71 countries on my bicycle world tour, I was nearing the end of my North America journey. After Christmas, I arrived at Airport FairBridge Inn Express in Billings, Montana. At that time, I was also dealing with a mechanical issue on my bicycle, so getting proper rest and having the bike repaired in the city were essential. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the restaurant across the hotel was quite nice as well. The best price in the city. The hotel manager and the entire team do an excellent job. They hosted me wonderfully for several days. Meeting such kind-hearted people along the way is what makes my bicycle world tour truly unforgettable. Their hospitality earned Montana a well-deserved place on my list of American hospitality experiences. Thank you.
